  • 摘要:Work performance is one of the accomplishments achieved an employee or acompany, it is required in a business. Labor ability, capability of informationsystems, motivation, empowerment and employment alignment should alwaysbe controlled because it is related to the performance of the existing workforceworking in a company. This study aimed to analyze balaced scorecard methodthat has been applied to determine how much the relationship and its influenceon employee performance of PT Mustika Ratu. This study uses qualitativeprimary data type that is nominal and ordinal data. Samples taken as many as 30employees of PT Mustika Ratu respondents using questionnaires with Likertscale. The sample was random. Kendall correlation analysis used to determinewhether there is a relationship between two variables or more. The surveyresults revealed that the Kendalls Tau correlation between variables with theperformance capabilities of employees amounted to 0.708 employees have avery strong relationship and close because the correlation is close to 1 and ispositive. Kendalls Tau correlation coefficient between the variables of workmotivation with the employees performance of 0.463 has a very strongrelationship and in the same direction as the correlation value close to 1 and ispositive. Kendalls Tau correlation coefficient between the variables ofinformation system capabilities with the job motivation of 0.608 has a verystrong relationship and in the same direction because the correlation is close to 1and is positive.
