摘要：In writing this report the author discusses the practical work of the"employee payroll STATE CIVIL PROCEDURE (PNS) National CivilService Agency (BKN). The purpose of the employment report this practice isthat the writer can know how to count salaries of civil servants at the StatePersonnel Board. The working methods applied practice in the writing of thisreport is the author of practical work to do practical work at the State PersonnelBoard for a month, conducting observations and interviews on staff in thebureau payroll BKN. Results obtained in this practical work, the author canconclude that the procedures are done in BKN payroll already well and are inaccordance with legislation passed by the government regarding the payrollsystem, namely Regulation No. 66 Year 2008 About the determination of basicsalary of civil servants.
