Analyzing the results of questionnairesto the chi square test to determine whether there is influence from service in begiven by the workshop there Jerry Jerry garage level of customer satisfaction..Of the five variables, the most dominant or important for consumers is theservice variables for 188.78 which is the result of calculating the greatest X thanX value of other variables.
