摘要：The Balanced Scorecard provides a comprehensive framework for translatingvision and strategy into an integrated set of performance measures. TheBalanced Scorecard translates mission and corporate objectives into fourperspectives, namely, financial perspective (financial), customer perspective,internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective. In this study,the authors restrict the formulation of the problem on the financial perspectives(finance), using analytical tools liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, activity ratiosand profitability ratios. The purpose of this scientific survey to measure theperformance of PT. Indocement. and to see the effectiveness of the BalancedScorecard in the company.
