摘要:In the case of face intense competition in the retail sector Mama SHOP partiesmust respond to what things are affecting consumer satisfaction in choosing thestore to shop resulting in a satisfaction. The strategy is an important enough inthe face of the competitive level of competition between retail companies withone other retail companies. From the data obtained, the author tries to analyzewhat things are affecting consumer satisfaction in choosing Mama SHOP byusing 8 dimensions are: Price, location, nature and diversity of quality goods,ads and promotions, sales personnel, services offered, Attribute physical store,Atmosphere toko.Pada this research, the method used is to conduct aquestionnaire method ditujukkan the 100 respondents, of which each respondenthad to fill out a list of questions provided. Based on research results show thatMama SHOP viewed from 8 dimensions assessed have been going well, this isin accordance with the results of the questionnaire is known that the things thataffect customer satisfaction at Mama SHOP which has the highest satisfactionlevels are at a price.
