摘要：The objective of this feasibility study is to avoid capital investment is too largefor the activities that were not profitable. In carrying out the project in generalusing investment appraisal methods such as Payback Period Method, thismethod results in a month-long research six days, so the repayment period maybe eligible funds before the time specified. Net Present Value method, the resultof computation of Rp. 542 712 500 as positive, the investment is received.Profitability Index Method, obtained research results at 6.43, then theinvestment project can be done and earn a profit, because the result is greaterthan one. Meanwhile, the Internal Rate of Return method, the results of herresearch at 19.94%, exceeding the required rate. Of the four methods, shows thatthe investment proposal for the establishment of new branches is feasible andacceptable.
