Customer satisfaction is the absolute necessity for business continuity. Therefore, customer satisfaction should be the priority and attention, because customer satisfaction is always continuously increase the business should continue to improve services for customer satisfaction. Scientific writing titled? Against Consumer Satisfaction Analysis Services Depass Warnet aims to find out how much customer satisfaction to service Warnet Depass using Chi Square Method and Likert s Summated Rating. In this scientific writing, the author uses primary data is to disseminate a questionnaire to the consumers.
