Demand for houses increase every year, because house is avital necessity that must be owned by each family. House will protect eachfamily from natural disturbances such as wind, heat, rain. And also house is aplace where a family can be together, chat and relax after one day activity. Instrict competition among property companies, PT. Citrakarsa Hansaprimaimplement policy of house selling price which becomes the basic price of ahouse.
