摘要:Marketing has an important role for the life of a company. With the activities of marketing, it is possible for customers to fullfil his/ her needs. In addition, marketing is also an activity to bring producers to the consumers, so that they ultimately will affect the level of sales of company products or services. The sucsess of marketing is the key to be offered by the company to the public. Advertising programs are as part of the marketing mix. Advertising is the effort to increase sales of products that has to meet with the consumers need. The intensity of advertising activity based on the volume of sales at PT Maan Ghodaqo Siddiq Lester Jombang which use the amount of sales by years. The largest sales volume increased in 2006-2007 at 0.19%, while the smallest sales was 0.08% at 2008–2009 The result coefficient correlation is 0.85. This means that the relations between the two variables is very strong. The retrieved regression equation is Y = 6998.08 + 7.3 X. the calculated regression equation shows a positive figure; it can be said that there is direct relationship. The research conclusion is that the advertising will impact on the sales volume. While the strategy to be taken in increasing sales volume is using the media, both mass media and electronic media. The finding suggest companies to undertake advertising activities continously, consistently, and efficiently.
