摘要：SMS is one of todays media that much used by the people as one of the mediato get information, it is because SMS has a cheaper fare and simple whencompared to talking directly via mobile phone. The application is developedusing the SMS facility to make the book lovers easy to find information in thelibrary. The application is built using J2SE programming and Microsoft Access,in application design using Microsoft Visio. In these applications will beexplained the data transfer process from the server to the user who submitted therequest. Further processed by the server and then the user will get a replied at itsrequest that have been sent. The information provided is the availability ofinformation books, Scientific Research reference information, Thesis referenceinformation, information to members and information on how to borrow books.
