摘要：IEC educational institutions still do manual processing or receipts book, clearlythe way this would harm the institution because of the errors at the time ofregistration. To overcome this, it is necessary to design new application, moreintegrated information using computer technology. To be able to runapplications that are done well, the authors tried to design the application bytaking steps such as by making a chart diagram that is: ERD (EntityRelationship Diagram), Normalization, Flowchart, as well as programs thatsupport the application design.
