  • 摘要:The development of industry and growth of technology makes us keepdeveloping ideas about how the simple equipment and very practical systemcan support the work of a production process. The instrument will be developedhere will detect objects come through a conveyor belt based on the color blackor white, with the help of image sensor diode - infrared which serves also todetect the presence or absence of objects. Once detected, the robot hand movesthe objects according to color, which already set by using the program. OPTOcoupler sensor as a support sensor is used as middle sensor and lower bound ofrobot's hand, while for left bound, right bound, up-close and open bounds ofrobot arm, a push button switch is used. For the movement of robot arm we useda DC motor and also relay as a control. However, these working tools iscontrolled entirely by computer via additional card of Programmable PeripheralInterface (PPI) 8255. Based on the results of the study, the average of responsetime required by the robot arm to respond to a task when the sensor detects thewhite goods is 0.861 seconds, while for the black goods is 0.760 seconds. Theaverage of working time robot hand moves to separate the white goods is 37.173seconds, while for the black goods is 34.569 seconds. After doing the analysis itcan be concluded that this robot moved well and according to what wasexpected, the performance of robots in automatic and manual is also quite good,the error between the robot's performance and the program performance is verysmall and the display on the monitor screen is also quite good.
