摘要：In this scientific writing, the author discusses about how the investment willoccur in the workshop JAYA HARAPAN. By using the methods of businessfeasibility study is the Net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR),and Payback period (PP), with the aim of analyzing the feasibility of investmentis happening at JAYA HARAPAN workshop. The purpose is to do a feasibilitystudy to avoid excising investment which is too big on JAYA HARAPANworkshop for unprofitable activities. In the project business, in general useassessment methods to measure the profit of this workshop including the NPVmethod which is the method of calculating the present value difference betweenthe present value assessment invents. With net cash the future is greater than thepresent value invent, the IRR method can be defined as the interest rate thatmakes the present value of expected net income will be received at the currentvalue of measuring the amount of capital, and GR method is to measure howfast investment returns with its units on time. Of the three methods, showed thatproposal for opening a new branch was acceptable.
