摘要：In scientific writing, the author will discuss about the configuration of Ciscorouters using Packet Tracer 4.1. Router serves as a signpost for packets of dataor to be sent from a network other kejaringan. In addition, a router alsofunctions as a tool that can connect between different network media, as well asfunctions for improving the performance of a network, namely by exploiting thenature of the router can separate collision domains and broadcast domains.Packet Tracer 1.4 is a software which serves to make the network simulationsstarting from design stage to stage configuration. Existing features on the PacketTracer 1.4 is almost the same as on the actual router such as the commands toconfigure devices in Ethernet, Serial, FastEthernet and Console.
