摘要：In this thesis the author tries to analyze the implementation planning of thesystem ERP software packages at PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber. ERP SoftwarePackage System is a computer-based information system. The use ofcomputer-based information system would require that companies prepare fornew resources to meet the specifications of the new information system. In thiscase the author tried to analyze the needs of information resources that need tobe prepared by company based on components of information systems:Software, Hardware, Netware, and Brain ware. In addition to analyzing theneeds of information resources, the author also analyzes the appropriate methodsfor the implementation of ERP system software package to all departmentswithin the company. The author hopes that this thesis can provide benefitsespecially to PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber in preparation to implementing theERP system software package.
