摘要：The impact of information technologygrowing and computer are also felt ateducation field, where lots institutions ofeducation now apply and useinformation technology and computer inlearning process. One of them isapplying e-learning system to supportlearning process. E-learning technologyoffers a form of new learning space thatusing electronic media in distributionmaterial process for students. This elearningsystem will solve cases of timeand space that happen on conventionallearning system. Applying e-learningconcepts is possible for lecturer to givematerial whenever and wherever.Students can also receive it quicklywhenever an wherever, and betweenlectures and students can interact andcommunicate each other easily. Thus,this application is expected can bealternative learning media that effectiveespecially for midwifery academic ofRaflesia environment. The making of elearningapplication uses webprogramming language PHP withMySQL database and web serverApache. This application can beaccessed by lecturer as a teacher andstudent as a learner whenever andwherever, so that it is expected for thisapplication, it can be alternative learningmedia which effective especially inmidwifery academic of Raflesiaenvironment.
