摘要：PT. Freeport Indonesia is one of the largest foreign companies in Indonesiaspecializing in copper and gold mining that requires a good management ofnatural resources or the material needs of the production process to produce afinal product (end item). To obtain the best products is required HR (HumanResources) in order to improve quality or productivity of the companysperformance; it can not be separated without going through the process of hiringgood also. This research consist discussion of how to study, analyze themechanism of recruitment system at PT. Freeport Indonesia Results from theresearch / development of this system is the establishment of a systemdescription using UML so obvious depiction of new recruitment process in PT.Freeport Indonesia; accompanied with the formation of a new application withVB.Net 2003.
