摘要：The calculation is one voice in the process of taking decisions, which have thepower of law and accountability decision. Also calculation one voice alternativewhen problems can not be solved unilaterally. Therefore, calculation of votes tobe the only solution in determining decisions to be taken in a subject, a soundcalculation of the Council principle, where the valid votes only once, so theopportunity to choose not more than once. With the rapid development ofinformation technology and enables mobile phone to make the developmentprocess via SMS sound calculation, one of which is competition activities, so asto provide convenience for the audience to be able to participate and assist thejury in determining winners, had a lot of voice applications via SMS calculationis applied mainly in the field of entertainment or the Entertainment world.Where can the public participate in determining the winner However, this case islimited to USB activity (Unlimited Software Building) course, where the USB isa competition to build and design an application or software program, organizedby the Laboratory Information System is intended for all students at theUniversity of Gunadarma. The software in this Final Project is developed byusing JDK 1.5.0 Programming Languages, Visual Basic 6.0, Delphi 7, databasemanagement systems, System design using Rational Rose, Microsoft Access2003 and Crystal Report. This program has a workflow program that clearenough, provides a very helpful facility for the user and can also be a further toinput USB activity.
