摘要：Key Words : PROCEDURE, GRANTING consumptive CREDIT, BANKMANDIRI.ABSTRACT :Bank is one of the places where there are availabilities of human resources whoare knowledgeable and qualified to provide individual and industrial facilities.One of the leading products of the business market is the field of rural creditbanks ranging from individual needs (consumptive credit) up to industrial needs(Exploited and investment credit). Banks Product often demanded bycustomers is consumptive credit because it is in accordance with the proceduresof consumptive credit namely credit proposal, credit granting analysis, creditapproval, loan disbursement, and loan repayment. In this case the bank andcustomer relations should be established in good communication so that all theproblems that occur in the customer and the bank can be resolved. Goodrelationship between the bank and the customer will affect the banking sector.
