摘要：The process of information management of human resources to handle allpersonnel transactions, ranging from data collection for new employees,employee turnover, vacation, violations, promotion, until the payroll in theamount of data requires a great deal of each month. Additionally, if a companyhas employees of more than 2000 people, of course, the search process the datato create a report will take a long time. Based on these reasons, the author triedto make a data-mart, which is expected to generate data in accordance with thedesired criteria quickly and accurately. Data-mart is created using the facilityDTS (Data Transformation Services) in SQL Server 2000, starting from theprocess of extraction, transformation, until the loading process. While theapplication to access the data mart is built with the programming languageVisual Basic 6.0.
