摘要：The thesis discusses about the design of IS-application on controlling PovertyReduction Program on Bogor City Regional Secretariats program. The designof this IS-application is elaborated by the statements of purpose, entity system,the list of events, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, process specifications,Entity Relation Ship Diagram (ERD), Normalization, database structure,hierarchical programs, design and login splash screen, menu design, inputdesign, output design, hierarchy Input Process Output (hypo), Input ProcessOutput (IPO) and the flowchart and then it can be designed into anIS-Application by using Visual Basic 6.0. It is expected that application of thissystem can help the Municipality of Bogor in controlling the activities of thepoverty reduction program, which involves activities control process and dataprocessing that require speed and accuracy, so it can be done easy, effective andefficient in time and cost.
