摘要：Busyness experienced network administrators makes him can not monitor thenetwork he was working all the time, so it needed a mechanism that can followthese preoccupations. SMS is one of the facilities available in a mobile phone;with this facility a network administrator can use it to perform the monitoringprocess. By utilizing this facility network administrator can automatically obtaininformation about network conditions which handled by Him when there is aservice that the server is down or experiencing problems with using SMSnotification sent by the computer server. To implement this mechanism isneeded GSM Modem and Network Application Monitoring System, Nagios isone in which there is a module for sending SMS we can adapt to the needs.GSM Modem for communicating with the server computer to send SMSnotification required an SMS Gateway application, one SMS SMS Server Toolsthat can be sent to your phone administrator. In this implementation, it uses theLinux operating system is also used as a server because it has a goodperformance. In addition to its opensource, Linux is easy to operate and haveprovided default programs packed that support to be used as a reliable server.
