摘要:This research is intended to make a smart home concept that is able to respondto changes in weather, especially rain. This smart house uses three sensors thatcomplement each other. The sensor used is a temperature sensor (LM35DT),light sensors (LDR), and conductivity sensor which is sensitive to water, whichall the inputs connected with the microcontroller AT89S51. This concept will bereading the weather conditions in the surroundings using its sensors. Outputfrom these sensors will be an input to microcontroller AT89S51 that willprocess the information obtained in accordance with the program. Results ofprocessing by the microcontroller AT89S51 information will determine theinputs that go into the output of this concept is the automatic roof which iscontrolled by a motor driver L293D. If the incoming information is informationabout the condition of rain, the roof will be closed automatically, so that willsecure anything on underneath. This automatic roof will be open again if theinformation captured by the sensors is information about the condition of norain. In the event of rainy conditions with special or unusual cases, it is providedon the concept of conductivity sensor which is sensitive to water, so the roofwill be closed automatically if the sensors are exposed to water and will ignorethe information coming into the two other sensors. This sensor is also used as alast safety of the rainy condition.key words: at89s5 microcontroller, smart house replication
