摘要：The project is a combination of sources such as human resources, materials,equipment and capital costs collected in a temporary container of organization toachieve the goals and objectives. Information system is very important in aproject, particularly in relation to the project data processing and transmission ofinformation to and from the corporate center. Construction Division of PT FirstMedia Tbk as a construction project does not have good information systems inmanaging the project report, so that it is needed to design a information systemof project report on the division that is expected to improve the effectivenessand efficiency administrative staffs jobs. This bachelor-thesis discuss thedevelopment of information systems by using Waterfall-SDLC method in orderto generate information about project status, schedule, volume of work, and thestatus of the contractors BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) documentprocessing.
