摘要:One of human resource planning at the PT. Polytama Propindo is evaluating theperformance of human resources. Because of the results of these assessments,PT Polytama Propindo can provide promotion, salary increment or skill upgrading to the employees as a form of appreciation to the achievements of thecompanys employees. In this thesis the author tried to implement an employeeperformance evaluation system by utilizing the advances of informationtechnology in line with vision and mission of PT. Polytama Propindo. Theassessment of the whole employees of PT. Polytama Propindo will be processedby a computerized system. So the assessment information that will determinethe future of each employee, becomes more effective and efficient.
