摘要:Recruitment is the process of searching, finding and attracting applicant whose ability issuitable for the vacancy offered by an organization. The purpose of this research is todevelop a computerized and documented recruitment system. This system is projected tosupport personnel staff in the recruitment process, especially in the process of assessingthe applicant psychological tests. In addition, the application provides a data storage thatholds data of the applicants and the test results and eases the data retrieving.The development of the system begins with the analysis of the current system and isfollowed by the stage of modeling the system as a solution to the existing problems.Modeling system is performed using Unified Modeling Language(UML), and the designof the database is developed using (Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Borland Delphi7 is used as the programming language.This computerized employee recruitment system reduces the recruitment process time inPT. Verena Oto Finance, from 1.5-2 hours per applicant to only 10 minutes.
