摘要：The development of information technology has become more rapid andextended into the various areas of human life. These developments can not beseparated from the world of Internet today. Information can not be separatedfrom the medium of communication, namely language. Language is one of theimportant needs in the relationship, and also serves as a tool to learn anddevelop knowledge. In this case the author designs a web-based dictionaryprototype to facilitate language learning. The design of the prototype uses PHPprogramming language and MySQL.
