Accordingly, a very important thing to note is the problem of learning achievement. Common issues often faced by students in particular are still quite a lot of students that have not been able to achieve satisfactory academic achievement. The process of learning at the University of Gunadarma is not only through meeting in the classroom, but also through the use of multimedia-based instructional media. But learning is provided through one-way multimedia. Based on the above issues, then can be made an interactive multimedia-based teaching material, called image processing basic concepts media learning. This application provides an interactive material with animation, audio, video and comes with an evaluation form about the exercises. The results will be achieved from the making of this instructional media is that students can understand the subjects of image processing. It is expected that these applications can facilitate the process of learning and improve the quality of learning achievement.
