摘要：The bachelor-thesis describes the development of subjective evaluation softwareon the image or images based on the rules and regulations on therecommendation of the ITU BT.500-11 and ITU P.910. In the manual method ofevaluating the subjective, the assessment given by each observer at its anyproblems is done by filling in the paper, then when moving data into aspreadsheet for data processing it will take a long time and repeatedly, as well asit has a high risk of human error or human error. To solve these problems, thesoftware was made to automate tests using a better information technology sothat data processing will be more efficient, faster and accurate as the data is sentin real-time from a client computer to the database server in order avoid humanerror. In this subjective evaluating system the software is divided into subtectiveevaluation software and web-based monitoring software.
