摘要：The development of information technology requires more advanced dataprocessing more quickly and accurately, to meet those needs then apply BAKDcomputerized SIPKD. On the implementation SIPKD however, have not beenup to cater to the information required by BAKD. Providing data on currentSIPKD is less effective and efficient, such as the slow process of recording newdata, it does not complete the requested data, in the delays in making reports,and report delivery process is relatively long and does not match the specifiedschedule. Availability of data is an important component that must be owned byany company or government agency. This is because the importance of thesedata to take action, especially in strategic decision-making for the management.Analysis of financial management information system of this region usingobject-oriented method described by UML. The results of this analysis SIPKDgenerate some alternative solutions to help overcome the problems of dataavailability is less effective and efficient.
