摘要:In order to achieve equitable distribution aspects of the development results, thesmall business sector occupies a strategic role in national development, both interms of quantity and in terms of its ability to increase income and employment.Accordingly, the government, among others, stipulate that efforts should includethe distribution of the fruits of development programs to provide opportunitiesfor small and medium enterprises, to expand and enhance its business to includesuch business within the scope of responsibility is greater. Bank as a financialinstitution that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits andchanneled back to the community in the form of credit in order to improve thestandard of living of the majority. One of the leading products of the businessmarket is the area of credit from the Bank began to industry's needs (businessloans and investments) up to the individual needs (consumer credit).. In this caseBank relationships and prospective borrowers must be intertwined with goodcommunication. The achievement of a good relationship with the Bank and theprospective borrowers greatly affect the process of credit demand.
