摘要：Growing computer technology is an indication that the computer is one of themany media used in information retrieval. Indirectly it indicates that thecomputer is a suitable medium for the dissemination of information and shouldbe put to good use no exception is the search for information about thedistribution of existing educational facilities in the city of Depok. In this thesis,the author made an application that connects Depok city area map with thelocation of points of educational facilities, making it easier in getting completeinformation. This GIS application created by using programming languageBorland Delphi 7.0, ie by using standard components already available with themanagement component maps in Arc-View 3.3 software.
