摘要：The large number of students who would be trained, the failure ofcommunication between faculty and students as well as geographical factorsrequires the media to find strategies and learning more effective, efficient andattractive. Application of Internet technology in education will be needed inorder to improve the quality and level of education, especially in education inuniversities. Today the growing numbers of universities are trying to overcomevarious problems associated with the quality of education through thepresentation of course materials online. Web is one of the Internets technologyis most commonly used in the implementation of distance education(e-Learning). Through e-Learning, students are allowed to continue to learneven if not present in the classroom. Learning activity occurs through interactionof students with learning resources that are available and can be accessed fromthe Internet. In this final task will be described the process of designinge-Learning by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database thatis Open Source so it can make low-cost systems without lowering performanceand reliability.
