摘要：This research talks about the use of VB.Net as a object-oriented programminglanguage to obtain a more interesting design, implementation and support ofdata security applications to improve data authenticity. The discussion begins byintroducing encryption, decryption, algorithm, and VB.Net. In this application, itwill be also discussed the flowchart as a design tool. Application encryptionalgorithm decryption with the public knapsack block is expected to help anyonewho wants to secure the data in the form of text files.
