摘要:This data processing application for network disturbance complaints is developed to replace theformer system – a manually record system – which still operated by Bank Syariah Mandiricomplaint center. The application aims to obtain the quality of information network afforded bynetwork service providers. Moreover the information resulted from the application can be usedas a benchmark to determine the satisfaction level of Bank Syariah Mandiri towards theproviders’ services.The application development initiates with analyzing the old and proposed new systems. Thestage then proceeded with the design stage of the new system using Unified Model Language(UML), then the database and interface design. The final step is developing the database and theapplication consecutively using Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySQL database.The targeted users of this application are the network officers and administrators. Administratorshave rights to input the data of user, BSM branches office, disturbance, network providers, toread and print the report, and to update the status of the network disturbances. Officers haverights to input the network disturbances data and to read and print the report, and to update thestatus of the network disturbances. Evaluation conducted after the preliminary implementationof the application reveals that 100% of the respondents confirms that the application cansubstitute the former system.
