摘要：Smart2k/web application at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor is very helpful forpersonnel division in getting data on attendance of employees. With its internalsoftware called smart2k/web, local personnel can make a list of attendees moreeasily, of which lists the employees attendances in a form of daily and monthlyreports, which will be submitted to the administration division from respectivedepartments for further confirmation about the correctness of the data. Aim ofthis study is to find out utilities of smart2k/web application in the process ofemployees absenteeism reports of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor. In the process,smart2k/web can get data more quickly and accurately compared to manualsystem that used employees attendance book. Such application can also beused as reference for calculating the employees overtime wages. Bibliography(2001 2008)
