摘要：The rapid of information technologydevelopment and mobile phone enable todevelop the voting process via sms. Oneof the voting activities is the competitionactivity that can give the ease for theaudiences to be able to participate andalso help the adjudicators in determiningthe winner. Until now, there are so manyvoting application via sms appliedespecially in entertainment, which thepeople can take a part in determining thewinner. Unfortunately, in this case onlylimited in the activity of UnlimitedSoftware Building (USB), which thisUSB is a competition to build and designan application program or software,which is held by information systemlaboratory that pointed to all the studentsof Gunadarma University. The softwarewhich discussed in this thesis isdeveloped by using the programminglanguage JDK 1.5.0, Visual Basic 6.0,Delphi 7, data base management system,designing system by using RationalRose, Microsoft Access 2003 andCrystal Report. This program has clearjob plot program, providing any kinds ofhelpful facilities for the users and also asthe input for the next USB activity.
