摘要：Financial accounting activities related to the problem of recording transactionsand preparation of periodic reports from the results listing. To be able toproduce these reports (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss), a fundamental step isto prepare estimates, enter transaction data into a daily journal and the processof becoming a big book. In fact, today there are still companies or businessentities engaged in routine transactions and financial records (accountingactivities) manually. This causes constraints - constraints that may harm thecompany or business entities, among others in the process of making reportswhich require a long time, because the recording is done manually. Number oftransaction data, causing errors in data recording transactions into a dailyjournal.. In scientific writing, the author tries to implement a computerizedsystem that is expected to help resolve problems arising in the accountingprocess so that it can save labor time. The author uses Borland Delphi 7 as ameans to create a database program that will provide convenience for thecompany or enterprise to generate accounting reports are accurate.
