摘要：The application program is a member of the data collection application programthat is used to support the process of inputting data on the organization'smembers PAPPRI Writing discusses system design using Unified ModelingLanguage (UML), database design, and design of the application form. Thepurpose of this writing is to assist data collection system in an organization tobetter facilitate the process of data collection on PAPPRI organization. TheRDBMS used is MySQL version 5.0 and Programming used to build the JavaJDK 1.6.0 applications is the development of this application is based on adesign that has been created. Application of the resulting data as expected in thedesign stage, both in system design maupaun application design, although thereare still shortages in some ways.
