摘要：Investment feasibility is a way to determine the feasibility of investing in abusiness that the method of calculation is NPV, PI, and PP. The importance ofconducting a feasibility study is to avoid the excess of investment which is toolarge for the business that was not profitable. Formulation of scientific writing isintended to determine the feasibility of investment in the Crescent Star cafesusing the income data and costs issued by the Crescent Star cafes for a year. Inanalyzing the feasibility study of investments in cafes Crescent Star, the authorguided the survey and interviews with the Crescent Star cafe. From the researchresults obtained, the investment feasibility study on internet cafe Crescent Staracceptable to open a new branch with a positive NPV value is Rp. 106,748,206,- the return on investment of less than 2 years is for 1 year, 1 month, 20 daysand more than one PI is 2 and the value of IRR of 15.3%.
