摘要：PT. PT Timah is a company engaged in tin mining, where PT. Timah Tbk as theparent company and its subsidiaries consists of the child. PT. Tin conducted aseries of organizational changes in the form of the establishment of itssubsidiaries and penyesuaain Department (work unit), followed by changes infinancial administration systems and changes in the remuneration system, underwhich PT. Timah Tbk to control all activities by implementing an ERP system(Enterprise Resources Planning) with mySAP ERP. Computerized Assistanceexistence, is expected to reduce the smallest possible constraints and obstaclesthat occur can also provide good and accurate information for the company andits subsidiaries.
