摘要：Applications E-Learning Conversation forbeginners is built using PHP programming language andMySQL database. This application is a complementary al-ternative or additional study of conversation. The applica-tion comes with the material facilities where users can readand download the material or the video lessons available.Not only material, in this application there is a test facility,the facility user can test his ability in the mastery of con-versation. With the construction of E-Learning applicationsof this conversation is expected to help users who want tostudy the conversations are much easier, especially noviceusers, because the application of E-Learning is connected tothe Internet so it can be accessed at any time.
