摘要：The design of this recruitment system used to manage data prospectiveemployees (applicants) on the PT. Karya Gemilang Teknindo. Datamanagement process can be done in computerized. The resulting data will bestored in a database so that data security becomes more secure and process thedata search can be performed more efficiently. In addition to the use ofdatabases, data can be displayed in report form for data collection purposes. Thedesign was created by using Microsoft Office Access 2000 to manage the dataand the database. And using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2005 as a displayinterface (interface) and using object-oriented approach. Modeling used theDFD, ERD, and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Reports using CrystalReports.
