The application design ofInformation System described by thestatements of purpose, entity system, the listof events, data flow diagrams, datadictionaries, process specifications, EntityRelation Ship Diagram (ERD), Normalization,database structure, hierarchical programs,design and login splash screen, design menu,design input, design output, Hierarchy InputProcess Output (hypo), Input Process Output(IPO) and the flowchart can be designed to bean Application of Control Information SystemPoverty alleviation Program in Bogor CityGovernment by using the programminglanguage Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.Theapplication of this system can help theMunicipality of Bogor in controlling theactivities of the poverty alleviation program,which involves control of processing dataactivities that require speed and accuracy, soit can be done with easy, effective and efficientin time and cost.
