摘要：The Balanced Scorecard concept was introduced by Robert S. Kaplan and DavidP. Norton in 1992, which outlines the mission and strategy of an organizationinto operational objectives and performance benchmarks. The scorecardmeasures the performance of companies on four perspectives of balanced,namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning andgrowth. With the Balanced Scorecard, full condition of company's overallmanagement can be identified so it can help companies to see past performanceand give a view into the future for the company's management to determinecompany direction and strategy of the future. The purpose of this scientific workreports is to measure overall company performance using the BalancedScorecard, and restriction on this research refers to the financial perspective.The method used is the Balanced Scorecard.
