摘要：Implementation of the Business EntityCertificate (SBU) a constructionconsultant services which is the devolutionof the authority from the Institute ofConstruction Service DevelopmentAgency (LPJKN) to the NationalAssociation of Indonesian Consultants(INKINDO). The process of publishingthis SBU is conducted at the NationalMember Certification Agency (BSAN)with the help of an application systemnamely SIMJAKON (ManagementInformation System Construction Service).The purpose of this study is to analyze theapplication of SIMJAKON at BSAN onpublishing the SBU consultancyconsultant service. Analysis conductedthrough several stages that knows theoverall system, documenting the systemwith UML as a help tool, identify theproblem using PIECES analysis(Performance, Information, Economic,Control, Efficiency, Services), andprovides an assessment of the qualitysystem to finally get a solution that can beproposed.SIMJAKON which has been applied inBSAN turn out still lack in operatingsystem support, does not fulfill thecondition that has been set, duple in data,and others that can inhibit the SBUpublishing process.
