摘要：Today many companies use information systems in the form of EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) to improve the performance of the company. ERP isthe integration of data, process and planning the use of resources from anorganization into a single system. The system provides the benefits of systemsintegration is good, speed up data access, accelerate time for data processing andmanagement of good operations. ERP system can be developed with a variety ofmethods such as the building itself and using the vendor. As one example is theVillage Cooperative Unit (KUD Koperasi Unit Desa) BAS cooperation thathas five units of the savings and loans, electricity, property / lot, garage,minimarket. Problems faced by these cooperatives are in the process ofmanagement KUD BAS in the provision of financial reports either atheadquarters or branch using Microsoft Excel. Use Microsoft Excel This is asingle file makes distribution and the update data becomes difficult and makingfinancial reports to be not on time. Also application is not optimal because of thefinancial data daily still manually, it is still using handwritten, it can notgenerate the accurate data or information. With those problem so cooperativerequires a system that can help the process of making financial reports to be ontime. Here the role of an ERP system is needed to resolve the issue. Thisresearch is to develop the ERP system to overcome those problems, theimplementation of an ERP system using software Openbravo which is opensource.
