摘要：With the high mobility of society, in which to interact with each other or justfind and give information not limited by space and time, therefore the Internet isselected by the public who wish to seek or give information about anythingwithout having to go to the source of information. Website Information andPatient Registration is the website created for the hospital which involves aseries of different variety of matters related to information about hospitals suchas the history of the hospital, vision and mission hospitals, physician practiceschedules, information about facilities and services provided by hospitals, guestbook, until the application for consultation appointments. With the intent andpurpose of providing ease of service, so that patients and prospective patientscan better know what services there are in the hospital without having to gohome sick, just sitting in front of the computer that is connected to the internetanywhere, anytime and by anyone without restrictions whatsoever, andregardless of the status of potential patient.
