摘要：At present, there are lot of companies useEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)information system to improve its ability.ERP is an integration of data, process, andhuman resources usage planning from anorganisation into one solid system. Thatsystem gives benefits which are anexcellent intergrated system, fastener dataaccess and data processing and greatoperation maintance. The ERP system canbe developed into several methods likecreating our own and using vendor.The BAS Village Unit Cooperation hasfive units which are lending, electicity,property, mechanic, and minimarket.Problem faced is that on its mangerialprocess has only depend on MicrosoftExcel application either in the head officeor branch.The using of Microsoft Excellhas made an impact to distribution anddata modernize become harder and financereport can not be ondergone on time. Theapplication itself still not optimal sincestill be done manually by hand which hasnot been prooved the accuracy yet. In thiscondition, ERP has a role to solve theseproblems.
