摘要：Key Words: online application, PPA/BBM scholarshipABSTRACT :PPA (Improving Academic Achievement) and BBM (Student Learning Aid)Scholarships online Registration System created to solve problems that occur atthe time of registration is done manually: the number of applicants which cannot be controlled that causes a long queue at the time of returning the file,selecting the paper based document which spent a lot of time and data settingsthat has not yet been fully computerized. Registration system was created for thepurpose of quota restrictions and reducing certain registrant files delivery sincethis system selects applicants requirements automatically. Therefore, thecommittee not be bothered to sort out manually and requires applicants tosubmit the file at a given time so it would be not delayed delivery. This systemwas designed using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, PHP and Mysql. The designstarts from a system design using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) andFlowchart modeling tools, interface page design prototype systems to facilitatethe appearance of the manufacturing process, the required installation software,system implementation and web hosting. With the PPA and BBM OnlineScholarship Registration System website can deliver information quickly aspossible and students can register quickly and easily, the number of applicantsand required time to submit the document can be limited so it will be no queueat the time of delivery of the document, the scholarship committee will not bebothered with all the document requirements so that the registrant data settingscan be easily done.
